Cancel eligible orders from My Orders. Policies below match what you see in your account and at checkout.

Cancel from your account

You can cancel while your order is Pending or Confirmed. Open your order and tap Cancel order.

Eligible for cancellation refund

After Preparing starts

Once the order status reaches Preparing or later, cancellation and refund requests are no longer applicable—your cake is already being prepared.

Creamingo wallet on cancel

If you paid using Creamingo wallet at checkout, that amount is credited back to your wallet immediately when cancellation succeeds.

Because cakes are freshly prepared, refunds and replacements apply only in specific situations—not for change of mind or taste preference.

How to report an issue

There is no physical return pickup on the website. Contact us with your order details and we will assist you.

    Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.

    Review

    We review your case against our eligibility rules. Cakes cannot be physically returned through the website.

    Refund or replacement

    Approved refunds are processed in 5–7 business days to your original payment method when applicable.

  • Our policy applies to freshly prepared cakes—fairness and product quality come first.
  • Report delivery issues within 24 hours of delivery with order details and photos.
  • Self-service cancellation is only available before Preparing—see /orders in your account.
  • Approved refunds typically take 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Wallet balance used on a cancelled order is credited back to your Creamingo wallet right away.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
