Once the order status reaches Preparing or later, cancellation and refund requests are no longer applicable—your cake is already being prepared.

If you paid using Creamingo wallet at checkout, that amount is credited back to your wallet immediately when cancellation succeeds.

Because cakes are freshly prepared, refunds and replacements apply only in specific situations—not for change of mind or taste preference.

There is no physical return pickup on the website. Contact us with your order details and we will assist you.
